34102 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Revenue: How many items of secondary legislation, if any, are administered by the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any?

Hon Simon Watts: Officials advise that 436 items of secondary legislation are in effect as at 14 July 2025 for Inland Revenue. This includes Orders in Council and regulations, as well as secondary legislation instruments made by the Commissioner of Inland Revenue.
