Francisco Hernandez to the Associate Minister of Justice: What procurement process, if any, was used for purchasing artificial intelligence tools, if any, currently being used within the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any?

Hon Nicole McKee: I am advised that the Real Estate Authority (REA) has not conducted any procurement process to procure any standalone artificial intelligence tools. REA has procured several standard productivity software applications that include AI features such as Microsoft 365.
