Francisco Hernandez to the Associate Minister of Justice: What public engagement surveys, if any, have been completed regarding the use of artificial intelligence in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, since 27 November 2023?

Hon Nicole McKee: I am advised that since 27 November 2023, the Real Estate Authority (REA) has not carried out any surveys regarding the usage of artificial intelligence within REA; there is a question within the 2025 and 2026 Licensee survey asking Licensees about the use of AI in their work.
