34090 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Police: How many items of secondary legislation, if any, are administered by the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that Police administers 19 items of secondary legislation currently in force as listed in the New Zealand Legislation website.
