34088 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Justice: What public engagement surveys, if any, have been completed regarding the use of artificial intelligence in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, since 27 November 2023?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I am advised that the Ministry of Justice has not undertaken any public engagement surveys regarding the use of artificial intelligence since 27 November 2023. I am advised that since 27 November 2023, the Electoral Commission engaged in the Verian Survey 2026 Public Sector Reputation Index dated June 2026 which had three questions regarding the use of artificial intelligence.
