Hon David Seymour: I am advised that Pharmac has not undertaken any formal algorithm impact assessments since 27 November 2023. However, where artificial intelligence tools, or software incorporating artificial intelligence capabilities, have been considered for use, Pharmac has undertaken the relevant security, privacy, and cloud risk assessments as part of its standard assurance and risk management processes.
