34075 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Housing: What automated approvals, if any, are currently operating within the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any?

Hon Chris Bishop: For information regarding the Ministry for Cities, Environment, Regions and Transport I refer the Member to the Minster Responsible for RMA Reform’s reply to written question 34001 (2026). Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that it does not have automated approvals without human intervention.
