34073 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Housing: What public engagement surveys, if any, have been completed regarding the use of artificial intelligence in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, since 27 November 2023?

Hon Chris Bishop: The Ministry for Cities, Environment, Regions and Transport advises me that between 27 November 2023 and 1 July 2026, no public engagement surveys have been completed regarding the use of artificial intelligence by the former Ministry of Housing and Urban Development. For information regarding Ministry for Cities, Environment, Regions and Transport following 1 July 2026, I refer the Member to the Minster Responsible for RMA Reform’s reply to written question 34003 (2026). Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that no public engagement surveys have been conducted regarding the use of Artificial Intelligence.
