34066 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Energy: What algorithm impact assessments, if any, have been done in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, since 27 November 2023?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that the Electricity Authority has completed AI Impact Assessments for two products, Subsense and LexisNexis+ AI and that the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority has undertaken no algorithm impact assessments since 27 November 2023.
