34065 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Foreign Affairs: What automated approvals, if any, are currently operating within the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: There are currently no automated approval processes operating within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and the Asia New Zealand Foundation does not use automated approvals. Antarctica New Zealand does use two automated 'Request for approval' workflows using Power Automate in Sharepoint Libraries.
