34025 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: How many, if any, of the 642 houses that Kāinga Ora delivered in June 2026 had been issued a Code of Compliance Certificate (CCC) on or before 30 June 2026 and how many were issued a CCC after that date?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that of the 642 homes delivered in June 2026, 465 had been issued with a CCC and 177 homes had not been issued with a CCC by 30 June 2026.
