34015 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Agriculture: What algorithm impact assessments, if any, have been done in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, since 27 November 2023?

Hon Todd McClay: I am advised that the Ministry for Primary Industries has not completed any algorithm impact assessments since 27 November 2023, as it does not use algorithms to make decisions on behalf of humans without human oversight.
