34011 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: What algorithm impact assessments, if any, have been done in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, since 27 November 2023?

Hon Chris Bishop: As Minister Responsible for RMA Reform, I am the Minister responsible for the Ministry for Cities, Environment, Regions and Transport (MCERT), which was established on 1 July 2026. No algorithm impact assessments were undertaken by MCERT in the period 1 July 2026 to 31 July 2026.
