34000 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Arts, Culture and Heritage: How, if at all, is AI profiling and/or facial recognition used in the Minister's departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I am advised that the Ministry for Culture and Heritage is not using AI profiling, and is not using facial recognition currently. Boards of Crown Entities are responsible for operational matters such as the use of AI.
