33994 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery: What procurement process, if any, was used for purchasing artificial intelligence tools, if any, currently being used within the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I note that the National Emergency Management Agency was hosted by the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet until 25 September 2025 and is now hosted by the Department of Internal Affairs. I refer you to the responses to PQ 34139 (2026) and PQ 34086 (2026).
