33989 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Finance: How many items of secondary legislation, if any, are administered by the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any?

Hon Nicola Willis: There are 101 items of secondary legislation administered by agencies within the Finance portfolio. This is inclusive of 54 items administered by the Reserve Bank of New Zealand. I refer the Member to the answer to Parliamentary Question 33992 (2025) for further clarification on how this total has been calculated.
