33975 (2026). Teanau Tuiono to the Minister of Foreign Affairs: Did New Zealand vote in favour of, abstain on, or vote against any proposal relating to the removal of Mr Karim Khan as Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: The Assembly of States Parties to the International Criminal Court took the final decision on removal by secret ballot. New Zealand has a practice of not commenting on votes cast in secret ballot proceedings.
