Hon Casey Costello: I am advised that the New Zealand Customs Service (Customs) currently has a total of 44 items of secondary legislation administered by Customs. I refer the member to the attached appendix, which provides the list of secondary legislation administered by Customs, broken down by Regulations, Rules, Orders and Notices.
