33941 (2026). Hon Dr Megan Woods to the Minister for Energy: Is he considering back up options if WorkSafe declines the Safety Case for the preferred provider for the LNG import facility, meaning it will not go ahead, and if so, what are these back up options?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that WorkSafe's assessment of any Safety Case will be an independent regulatory process. It would not be appropriate to speculate on the outcome of that process.
