33937 (2026). Scott Willis to the Associate Minister of Health: What stakeholders, if any, has the Minister met with to discuss the Dementia Mate Wareware Action Plan 2026-2031?

Hon Casey Costello: On 24 September 2025, I attended and spoke at the Alzheimer’s New Zealand Summit, where the refreshed Dementia Mate Wareware Action Plan was launched. Through this event, I engaged with stakeholders from across the dementia sector, including people with lived experience of dementia, whānau, service providers, community organisations, researchers, clinicians, and sector representatives.
