33912 (2025). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What percentage, if any, of reporting of local mortality review data has gone to the National Mortality Review Committee since its inception?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that local mortality review data is a key component of the National Mortality Review Committee's data collection. The integration of local mortality data into the NMRC's national dataset includes perinatal and maternal, child and youth, and family violence deaths.
