33907 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Space: What items of secondary legislation, if any, listed by title, are administered by the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any?

Hon Judith Collins: I am not responsible for any departments, agencies or crown entities, however I am responsible for two items of secondary legislation administered by the Ministry for Business, Innovation and Employment: • Outer Space and High-altitude Activities (Definition of High-altitude Vehicle) Regulations 2017; and • Outer Space and High-altitude Activities (Licences and Permits) Regulations 2017.
