33899 (2025). Hon Priyanca Radhakrishnan to the Minister of Conservation: How many, if any, of the Department of Conservation’s previous 1300 applications permissions backlog were applications from OceanaGold and what was the decision on each of those applications?

Hon Tama Potaka: I am advised by the Department of Conservation that nine applications from OceanaGold were completed as part of the 1300 permissions applications backlog. Of these applications four were approved, four were withdrawn by the applicant and one was declined.
