33887 (2025). Ingrid Leary to the Minister for Mental Health: Did any of the Associate Psychologist Advisory Group members from tertiary education institutions have any connections to the Universities that won tenders in the Government Electronic Tender Service process?

Hon Matt Doocey: I am advised that the procurement process for the Tertiary Education Organisations (TEOs) included independent probity to provide assurance that there were no conflicts of interest. I am further advised that there were members on the Advisory Group with connections to several TEOs; only one of which was successful in the tender.
