Hon Paul Goldsmith: No. However, I am advised that the general election guidance issued by the Public Service Commission (the Commission) has always been clear on this point. In 2017, the Commission’s guidance stated: “The content of any material made available to members in the workplace, however, must not be in the nature of political party advertising, under the banner of the union.”
