33806 (2026). Camilla Belich to the Minister of Health: Further to reply 9833 (2026), which reported figures for the period 1 July 2025 to 1 February 2026, and reply 8104 (2025), which reported figures as at 7 February 2025, on what basis were those specific end dates selected, and does the ability to report to a specific date indicate that redundancy records carry a date?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that bespoke datasets are frequently created by Health New Zealand to respond to Written Parliamentary Questions. As a result, the reporting period or end date is often determined by the data that is available and can be extracted and validated within the required response timeframes.
