33773 (2026). Hon Priyanca Radhakrishnan to the Minister for ACC: Has the ACC changed how it assesses sensitive claims since November 27th 2023; if so, how has it changed how it assesses sensitive claims?

Hon Scott Simpson: I am advised that ACC introduced the new Sensitive Claims Service on 1 December 2024. The service offers options to assess cover using either a cover and wellbeing plan or a specialist cover assessment. Information is available on the ACC website: Sensitive Claims Service.
