33749 (2025). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister of Corrections: How many prisons if any do not have visiting hours on weekends?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that of the seventeen prisons managed by Corrections, seven do not have visiting hours outside of weekends. I am further advised that as per regulation 105 of the Corrections Regulations 2005, visits may be approved outside of normal visiting hours on a case-by-case basis.
