Tangi Utikere to the Minister for Rail: Given that Ferry Holdings Limited's Statement of Performance Expectations 2026/27 states the second Cook Strait ferry will arrive in New Zealand in October 2029 and that both ships will enter service in 2029, what commissioning, sea trials, crew training and regulatory certification activities are scheduled between that arrival and entry into service?
