33696 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Climate Change: Does the Minister agree with media speculation that the appointment of the new climate change commissioner 'might even mark a fist step by the government towards dismantling the commission' and if not, will he rule out dismantling the Climate Change Commission?

Hon Simon Watts: I do not agree with that speculation. I have not considered or intend to consider disestablishing the Climate Change Commission.
