33695 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister for Rail: What percentage of the special purpose vehicle holding the Picton main wharf and marine assets will be owned by Ferry Holdings Limited and what percentage by Port Marlborough, and on what basis were those shares determined?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: There is an old Māori saying, ‘we pay the price, we pluck the duck.’ As such, shares are determined by money contributed.
