33682 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister for Rail: What assurance does the Government have that principal repayments on Ferry Holdings Limited's concessionary loans will commence from 1 July 2028 as assumed, and what is the consequence for the programme if they do not?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: The Statement of Performance Expectations makes the assurance point quite clear: “Term: Up to 2.5 years, with principal repayments due 1 July 2028.”
