Rt Hon Winston Peters: None. The fixed price ship contract, approved infrastructure scope, and contingencies are all within the $1.704 billion appropriation for Ferry Holdings Limited costs. Ferry Holdings Limited does not hold any insurance for ships construction or infrastructure works.
