Hūhana Lyndon to the Minister of Education: Has NZQA communicated to any staff, either verbally or in writing, that the functions currently undertaken by Ngā Poutoko Aromatawai Māori will be transferred to another team or positions under the proposed restructure; if so, when and to how many staff?

Hon Erica Stanford: I am advised that NZQA announced the start of consultation on proposed changes to the Assessment Division to its 180 staff on 15 July.
