Hon Erica Stanford: I am advised that the Terms of Reference for the independent review was signed off by MBIE’s acting Chief Executive on 14 December 2025. The reviewer signed their agreement to commence the review on 23 December 2025. I am advised the total cost of the review was $100,625 (incl. of GST).
