Camilla Belich to the Prime Minister: What ministries, departments or agencies, for which the Minister is responsible, if any, participated in Associate Minister of Finance’s public service savings drive that resulted in $115 million in reductions, and how much, if anything, did each contribute to those reductions?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: In my capacity as the Prime Minister. I am the responsible minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC), and the Responsible Minister for Vote Prime Minister and Cabinet. The National Emergency Management Agency is a departmental agency hosted by DPMC. This information will be set out in the Budget 2025 information release, which will be available on the following Treasury website: Budgets | The Treasury New Zealand The Minister of Finance’s Office and the Treasury are working towards releasing relevant documents within similar timelines as the last few years.
