Vanushi Walters to the Minister of Foreign Affairs: What funding, if any, did New Zealand provide to the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights in the 2025/26 financial year, and does the Government intend to maintain, increase, or reduce that funding in 2026/27?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: New Zealand provided NZ$3 million in core funding to the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights in the 2025/26 financial year. New Zealand intends to provide a further NZ$3million in core funding in the 2026/27 financial year.
