33620 (2025). Shanan Halbert to the Minister of Housing: What changes, if any, have been made to the Northcote Development in the past six calendar months?

Hon Chris Bishop: There have been no changes to the master plan or planned housing yields in the Northcote LSP since Kāinga Ora was created in October 2019. The expected yield remains at 1,700 homes, of which 480 will be social housing and approximately 1,220 will be affordable and market housing. Delivery in Northcote continues including the completion of 56 state homes in early July 2025. This means the 480 state homes have all been completed along with 402 affordable and market homes.
