33559 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: When was the state house at 34 Warwick Avenue, Westmere, Auckland built and what characteristics of this property made it suitable for Kāinga Ora's state house sales programme?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that this home was built in 1926 and was assessed as having a net book value of $1.44 million. It therefore met the high value criteria for divestment.
