33556 (2025). Hon Jan Tinetti to the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety: Further to her reply to Question 31275 (2025), what is the scope of WorkSafe’s road cone hotline pilot and what types of reports has it received that were out of scope?

Hon Brooke van Velden: I am advised that the road cone hotline pilot is focused on instances of excessive road cone usage in temporary traffic management (TTM). Reports outside of the scope of the pilot include health and safety concerns, abuse to road workers, abandoned road cones, and general concerns regarding temporary traffic management. I expect out of scope reports to be passed on to the appropriate channels.
