33501 (2025). Lemauga Lydia Sosene to the Minister responsible for Ministerial Services: Further to his answer to written question 30659 (2025): What are the specific terms of reference for the investigation into Michael Forbes, if any?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: As advised in the answer to question 30648 (2025), the Department is conducting a deep dive into employment and device policies, procedures and information sharing practices. The deep dive is expected to conclude in August 2025, at which point the Department will determine what can be released and when.
