33491 (2025). Hon Priyanca Radhakrishnan to the Minister responsible for the NZSIS: Were you or your Office advised that the American Proud Boys could and should be designated as a terrorist group under the Terrorism Suppression Act 2002, if so, on what date and by whom?

Hon Judith Collins: As Minister Responsible for the NZSIS, I am not a decision-maker in the designation of terrorist groups and therefore received no advice in this portfolio.
