33490 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: How many landowners, if any, across the Roads of National Significance programme have been, or will be, notified that route protection or intended property acquisition affecting their land is being withdrawn?

Hon Chris Bishop: The East West Link project is currently in the process of identifying and informing affected landowners. To date, 103 landowners have been advised by letter of the intended uplift of the existing Notice of Requirement.
