33476 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: Which Roads of National Significance or other major transport projects, if any, has NZTA withdrawn, surrendered, allowed to lapse, or begun withdrawing a notice of requirement or designation for since 1 January 2024, and on what dates?

Hon Chris Bishop: NZTA is in the process of withdrawing its Notice of Requirement for a designation of land for the East West Link project, which was lodged with the Environmental Protection Authority in 2016.
