33476 (2025). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: How will the outcomes of market sounding be reported back to Ministers, and what criteria will be used to decide whether to proceed with concessions on specific roads, if any?

Hon Chris Bishop: The Ministry of Transport will be providing me a written market sounding report on the outcomes of market sounding discussions. The criteria to decide whether to proceed with concessions on specific roads are currently commercially sensitive and subject to the market sounding process.
