33396 (2025). Ingrid Leary to the Minister for Mental Health: Which mental health functions will not be moving to the Public Health Agency; why is this?

Hon Matt Doocey: The office of the Director of Mental Health and Addiction, as the regulator of mental health and addiction services, will transfer to the Regulatory Services group, along with other statutory officer and regulatory functions of the Ministry of Health.
