Hon Simon Watts: The titles of papers I received from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade in my capacity as the Minister of Climate Change are considered for proactive release each month and are published on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade’s website at: https://www.mfat.govt.nz/en/about-us/ministerial-briefings. The titles of papers I received in my capacity as the Minister of Climate Change from the Ministry for Cities, Environment, Regions and Transport, which was established on 1 July 2026, will be considered for proactive release and published on the Ministry for Cities, Environment, Regions and Transport’s website in due course.
