Reuben Davidson to the Minister for the Public Service and Digitising Government: What steps is the Government taking to ensure people who cannot or do not wish to use the Govt.nz app retain equal access to government services, and what funding, if any, is allocated to maintaining those non-digital channels?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I recognise that not everyone can, or wishes to, use digital channels. Use of an all-of-government app will remain optional. Government agencies will continue to be responsible for ensuring their services are accessible through a range of channels to meet the needs of New Zealanders.
