33136 (2026). Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan to the Minister of Education: How long have trial logins for the SMART (Student Monitoring, Assessment and Reporting Tool) been able to access live records?

Hon Erica Stanford: I am advised by the Ministry of Education that trial logins for the Student Monitoring, Assessment and Reporting Tool were able to access live reporting records from 3 July to 16 July 2026. Two teachers used these logins to access student data that was not their own.
