Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Associate Minister of Health: What is the total amount Health New Zealand and its predecessor district health boards spent on locally funded locum support and rural sustainability packages for LMC midwives in each financial year since 2018/19, broken down by district?

Hon Casey Costello: I am advised that Health New Zealand does not collect this data at a national level. Responding to this question would require requesting data from each individual district and could not be completed within the timeframe for responding to Written Parliamentary Questions.
